Booking Policies
  • 20% reservation deposit holds the date and applies to the total.
  • Full venue weekday pricing is $300/hr with 1-hour increments.
  • Full venue weekend pricing is $450/hr with an 8-hour minimum.
  • Weekend Platinum Package pricing is fixed at $8,500.
  • Grand Ballroom is $175/hr on weekdays and $225/hr on weekends.
  • Banquet Room is $150/hr on weekdays and $200/hr on weekends.
  • Loft / VIP Lounge is $85/hr on weekdays and $115/hr on weekends.
  • Loft follows the same individual room rental rules as the other rooms.
  • Individual room rentals require an 8-hour minimum on weekends.
  • Pricing shown applies up to 400 guests. Over 400 attendees add a 10% large event fee.
  • Taxes and fees are not included.
