Venue Rental Pricing

Silver Shire Event Center offers flexible full-venue and individual room rentals for weddings, private events, expos, and community gatherings. Weekend full venue events require an 8-hour minimum, and full venue rentals can be extended in 1-hour increments based on availability.

These rates reflect the current pricing structure from your planning packet. Final pricing is confirmed after venue review, availability check, and event approval.

Full venue access

Weekday full venue rentals are billed at $300 per hour with example planning blocks below.

Booking policies

Deposits, timing, and next steps

20% reservation deposit

Your deposit secures the date and applies to the final rental balance.
Remaining balance is due before the event according to the signed agreement.
Venue availability should be confirmed before making final plans.
